Congrats to all the students who participated and passed their color belt exam! You guys did excellent. Remember though, just like Grandmaster Lee said, "Having a Strong Spirit is everything!" Go strong. Be strong.

Promotion Test

COLOR BELT PROMOTION TEST 

Date: 8/28/2010
Time : 1:00pm

Make sure to come 30 minutes prior to the start of the class and to wear your full uniform. All color belts must bring in their sparring equipment.

Everyone taking the promotion exam must hand in their applications by the due date or you will not be eligible to take the exam.

School Picnic was a huge success!

Thanks to everyone who came out and helped set up and tear down. We hope everyone had a great time eating, laughing, playing and enjoying each others company.

* There will still be the Extreme Fitness Kickboxing class at 11am, so feel free to join us afterward.


Bring food, drinks [ BYOB ], and whatever else you like. But please, not too much soda, we're being mildly health conscious here.
